Welcome to Shopinas Cargo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders made through www.shopinascargo.com.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms in this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Friday and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Processing time may be longer during peak periods, promotions, or due to high order volume.
  • If there are any delays, please contact us so we can assist you.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship to the locations available during checkout.
If your destination is not listed, please contact us before placing your order.


3. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Local deliveries: 1–3 business days
  • International Cargo box delivery to Philippines: 40-120days depending on your location
  • Important: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international shipments)
  • Incorrect/incomplete delivery information

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Total amount
  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete payment.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a message via WhatsApp from the delivery courier.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to be received after dispatch.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price or shipping cost (unless stated)
  • The responsibility of the customer upon delivery

Shopinas Cargo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

7.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot deliver due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • No access to delivery location
  • Incorrect contact information

The courier may reschedule delivery or return the package. Additional charges may apply.


7.3 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is not received within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation, please reach out to us. We will assist you in investigating with the courier, but we are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.


7.4 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Share with us the unboxing video of the package and product immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

We will review the case and provide the best possible solution.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be changed/cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Shopinas Cargo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or public emergencies
